I had the most wonderful stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful garden and a clean and spacious room. Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptional, always helpful with transportation and offering the most delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. The location was perfect, peaceful and green, yet easy to access the main road. I highly recommend staying here!

Banana Rest in Sigiriya offers a peaceful and cared for location, surrounded by nature. The spacious and clean rooms have hot water and good AC. The delicious food, including chicken curry and breakfast, is reasonably priced. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. it's great value for money for family travelers.

Spent Christmas in a jungle environment here, what a unique experience! Loved the fact that the hotel was surrounded by lush trees and beautiful wildlife. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another great feature was the location, which was conveniently close to many local attractions. , the room amenities were good, making our stay quite comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks that detracted from our stay. The biggest disappointment was the quality of meals offered, which fell short of our expectations.

Spent Christmas at a charming guesthouse tucked away in serene surroundings. the food was undeniably the best part of our stay. the curries were fantastic, and we loved the traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts every morning. the breathtaking lake and the short walk to nearby sights were a treat for all.

Although the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the price seemed a bit exorbitant for the basic rooms we were given. There were a few hiccups with the hot tub and some insects in the evening, but nothing major.

We had a great stay at a peaceful place surrounded by lush greenery and adorable animals. the comfortable bed and clean bathroom with hot water made it even better. the owner was really kind and hospitable, always willing to help us with anything we needed. the delicious breakfast and different dishes for dinner were provided every day. the location was convenient, close to the main road with bus stops in both directions. the friendly staff also arranged safaris to watch elephants and the personal tours of the spice and herbal gardens.

The price could be a bit lower to match the basic room standards.
